**1. Shipping from USA**
SPINOVA is shipped from our warehouse in the United States via our logistics agent.
Order processing: 24 to 48 business hours after payment.
**2. Delivery times with USPS/FedEx tracking**
- United States: 8 to 14 business days
- Canada: 10 to 16 business days
- Europe/UK: 10 to 18 business days
- Africa: 12 to 20 business days
**3. Why 8-14 days?**
SPINOVA uses standard economy shipping from the USA to keep the price low.
It's 100% tracked and secure, but slower than express shipping. Express option (3-5 days) available at checkout for an additional $9.99.
**4. Fees & Customs**
Fees calculated at checkout. No additional customs fees for USA/Canada on SPINOVA.
For other countries: Local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
